Today I did the good kind of binging and binge read this book. I’ve struggled with food issues my whole life. I’ve tried intuitive eating before, but I never was able to fully get it. This isn’t that. I feel like I’ve been going through life holding my breath looking for the perfect diet to “fix me†After reading this book I feel like I’m finally able to exhale. I highly recommend this book! It’s the only “diet†I will ever go on again.
First podcast I ever listened to. Found Caroline back when she put out her first episode. Crying in bed, trying to recover from ED, (that rhymes), and she was a light in my road to recover. So excited about this book. I got the audible version as well and she is so kind and sincere. She is truly amazing and a saving grace for anyone just tired of feeling inadequate and not fitting into the tiny box diet culture wants. Caroline is the best! Thank you for EVERYTHING!
